Wendy’s recently introduced an all new breakfast menu that includes a variety of new items such as the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and the Breakfast Baconator which clocks in at 730 calories and 50 grams of fat per serving.
The Breakfast Baconator features indulgent ingredients such as a grilled sausage patty, Applewood smoked bacon, a fresh-cracked grade A egg, and Swiss cheese sauce on a toasted bun.
If you want to lower the calorie count and make it a keto-friendly option, you can ask for no bun and a Garden Side Salad instead of seasoned potatoes or fries.
