Dunkin’ Donuts has a new breakfast menu item called Egg White Bowl. Dunkin’ created the new Egg White Bowl to accompany the Power Breakfast Sandwich and the new Sausage Scramble Bowl.
The Egg White Bowl only has 250 calories. It features classic ingredients such as egg whites, roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, spinach, and cheddar cheese.

Nearly 40 percent of the entire amount of calories, or 100 calories, are from fat. Over 30 percent of those calories, or around 76 calories, are from carbs. And muscle-building protein accounts for the other 30 percent, which is around 56 calories from protein.
